Loan Closing
In return for the loan received, the undersigned Borrower(s) promise to pay to the order of Pacific Coast Capital the principal sum of Four Hundred Eighty-Five Thousand Dollars ($485,000.00), plus interest, in accordance with the terms set forth herein.
