Juro is designed for in-house legal teams to control contract processes. Zignature is designed for the people who close the deals. We empower sales and ops teams with the tools they need to close faster, while giving legal the visibility they require.
Don't just integrate with your CRM—live inside it. Zignature's Chrome extension brings legally binding signatures and AI field detection directly into Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, and Zoho CRM.
A fast-growing HubSpot-based sales team was using Juro for their contract management. While Juro was great for the legal team to track agreements, it was a constant source of friction for the sales reps. Reps had to leave HubSpot, log into Juro, manually copy data from CRM fields into the contract editor, and then wait for an e-signature link to be generated.
After switching to Zignature, the friction disappeared. The reps now open a deal in HubSpot and click "Send for Signature" directly from the sidebar. Zignature's native integration automatically pulls every field from HubSpot into the contract, and our AI auto-detects the signature lines.
The result? Time-to-close dropped by 40%. The legal team still has their full audit trail and signed document repository, but the commercial team is finally moving at the speed of their business.

Everything you need to know.
Yes — Juro includes native e-signature functionality. Unlike Ironclad, you don't need a separate DocuSign subscription to collect signatures through Juro. Signatures collected through Juro are legally binding under ESIGN, UETA, and eIDAS. Juro's e-signature implementation is designed primarily for contracts created within Juro's editor, though it also supports PDF uploads.
Juro's pricing starts at approximately $29/user/month for their Starter plan, with Business plans typically ranging from $59-100+/user/month depending on features and volume. Juro's pricing is custom-quoted for Enterprise. Note that Juro's value proposition is primarily in the CLM features (contract creation, negotiation, repository, analytics) — if you're evaluating it purely for e-signatures, dedicated signing platforms typically offer more signing-specific features at comparable prices.
For teams that primarily sign PDFs originating outside their own systems — supplier documents, regulatory forms, inbound contracts — Zignature is purpose-built for this workflow. Zignature's AI field detection automatically places signature and date fields on any uploaded PDF, the Chrome extension enables CRM-native sending, and automation rules trigger post-signature workflows. For the CLM use case (internal contract creation, negotiation, repository), Juro remains excellent.
